WTF - Miley Cyrus - Sportting a Pink Bikini and new Tattoo!

Personally I like tattoos and don't have a problem with them.
However why didn't Miley wait to do this after her Hannah Montana Show was off the air. Her main fan base is 9 year olds... what is this saying to them.
