Ptolemy Elrington is 43-year-old artist from United Kingdom who use old hubcaps to make dogs, fishes, birds, dragon and other sculptures with knife and hacksaw. Artist said: "I like to work with reclaimed materials to show that what is one person's junk is another man's treasure".
